Two new projects and one current one are in the works. One of the projects 0031A is for a contest for the windows app store. The deadline is mid February. I am hoping to get as many of our Free lance employees to get on board as soon as possible. Sometimes it is hard to get into the contests because of the busy daily lives of our more seasoned members. I hope that we can finish in time. I have already completed the story board, art concepts, and over all design. 

It is late night, which is usually my quiet time to work, but my girls are sick and up, not sleeping like they should be. I have 3rd rock from the sun playing in the back ground. I am hoping that some of the "new blood" and new Three tier managers for the Game Department. It is hard to get people to respond in real time. I would like to be able to sit face to face with many of the key personnel, but that is not possible. Even with the teleconference software like skype and yahoo messenger, Timezone differences make it very difficult and the fact that I have an active family that demand my time and attention and I happily give it to them. I also have a regular job in the US Army that I go to when I can, I am currently in the Wounded Transition Unit and they take up alot of my time as well. I am very busy each and every day but I know I will make time for this contest. I just really hope I can get others to be dedicated as well. The plot and design are really creative and will possibly spawn a small franchise. I wish I could say more but it is company confidential information...
