I recently updated the CTS site to include a few new forms and some code cleaning. 

The outline is taking shape, getting more complete as the official kick off comes up.
The team is assembled and consultants on hand. We are looking forward to the 1 November start date. We kind of already started, but nothing on an official capacity.
