The Cyber Site is coming along nicely, and everyone is making great use of it. We are still in need of new products which we hope to get from our first bi-annual mini project. I am starting to get a new team built around the unity program. It is a step in the right direction. 

Working on streamlining our teams. Next month I will focus on Web Dev and Sales team.
We started our third project with hopes that our fourth will be started by April. 
Not much to discuss in the way of what I can make public. Soon, I will be able to reveal all of the confidential workings and goings on. 
I have developed a new website for employees and freelance guys/gals. Needs work, and data, but it will help reduce the time I spend emailing everyone and help the team leaders and all departments stay connected.
On a personal note, I am learning a new language (computer). 

Finally figured out how to send posts from here to the company facebook page. It has been going to my personal page, which is not where I need them to go.
I am currently working on tightening up communication tools. We have been using a wide variety of software to communicate and need to get things on the same page. I would like to make this a full google company, I am not sure how everyone feels about that. I believe in democracy and for some things I would like to leave to vote. Two new projects and one current one are in the works. One of the projects 0031A is for a contest for the windows app store. The deadline is mid February. I am hoping to get as many of our Free lance employees to get on board as soon as possible. Sometimes it is hard to get into the contests because of the busy daily lives of our more seasoned members. I hope that we can finish in time. I have already completed the story board, art concepts, and over all design. 

I have contacted many possible new members. This is one of the main reasons I have been inactive these last few weeks. Once Selections are finished and Member roster is updated, I will post the outcome.

Site is also going to be under development again. I feel that it is too :"green". Also, I will look at the possibility of using this site as a company portal. This is not much of an update, but I wanted to let everyone know that we are still rolling along, and ac

I thought I was as prepared as I could be, that I was ready to share my company with others. Well, I was half right. There was still sooo much I have to do and continue to function. But it is only the first week, and it actually isn't that bad. Small projects are being started, training will be conducted, and business will drive on as usual.

I recently updated the CTS site to include a few new forms and some code cleaning. 

The outline is taking shape, getting more complete as the official kick off comes up.
The team is assembled and consultants on hand. We are looking forward to the 1 November start date. We kind of already started, but nothing on an official capacity. Hopefully the custom game division will not interfere with progress on this division. Make sure you check out Custom Realms and place your orders. You will be very surprised with pricing as it is VERY competitive. 

It is was not that hard, actually, to get a team together. The project is set to kick off on 1 November. It would be sooner but I just found out that I will be going on temporary duty for two weeks in October so that kind of messing up some things, but will actually give the members some time to get their ideas together. My Uncle Thomas in Louisiana is on board and with him, at least one of his sons, maybe a cousin, and possibly his wife as a consultant.
