Define the Project and Tasks: (The project objectives and tasks will be outlined on each project’s respective trello boards) Stake Allocation: We allocate # of stakes for each task completed. Stake Tracking: We maintain a spreadsheet where we record each participant's stakes earned. Weekly Form Submission: Participants submit a weekly form detailing the tasks they completed, effort input, and upcoming tasks . For example: Team member: Task 1 (100 stakes) Team member: Task 2 (100 stakes) Team member: Task 3 (100 stakes) Stake Distribution: Based on the weekly submissions, we review the tasks completed and allocate additional stakes accordingly. Stake Value Calculation & Cashing Out: When the project starts generating revenue, we will divide the revenue by the total number of stakes issued. (Example: revenue is 10,000, we first divide this in half to provide for the companies. We then divide this by the total number of stakes issued (2500 stakes) to get the value of each stake: 1st step ($10,000 / 2 = $5000) 2nd step ($5000 / 2500 = $2 per stake) 3rd step (team member A has earned 100 stakes. 100 * $2 = $200) Communication: Participants will receive routine updates on the project's progress, revenue generated, and the current value of their stakes. We also will address any questions or concerns they may have about the stake system. Continuous Improvement: Based on feedback from participants, we may adjust the stake allocation or distribution process to better reflect contributions and encourage teamwork.
